The technician was excellent. But, customer service was not up to par. I originally had an appt., on 6/27/24, never received an update that it was cancelled. Had to wait closed to a month to have my fridge repair, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Our technician was terrific in every way - courteous, professional and knowledgeable - really knows her stuff! Did different tests to ensure the washing machine was working in every way after she quickly found the clogged filter problem. Showed me how to access that bottom front filter which I didn’t even know exists. Also showed me how to remove the detergent trays for cleaning - they were disgusting and clogged because I didn’t know the entire unit comes up and out. I hope I get her anytime I need Sears Home Warranty - was a pleasure to have that caliber of technician come - they are few and far between these days - a keeper - take care of this one! I was very happy and impressed with the service Joseph provided. He was prompt, courteous, informative and went above my expectations for a Sears employee. His visit generated a need for a replacement part and when it arrived, he returned a few hours later to install it successfully. I wish all Sears employees were as kind and knowledgeable and efficient as Joseph.
