Our technician was very knowledgable in servicing our refrigerator. Although it was unrepairable he explained clearly why. Our appliance service was prompt and kept us informed of the ETA of our service. We were happy with our service call and will use again.

The best part of this whole experience was dealing with Louis, the technician!The part was suppose to take 3 days. Almost a month past! When part arrived it was a different price. Sears did the right thing and did not pass on the increase. Louis installed it immediately. Louis is truly a credit to Sears!
