Washer repair
Brent was very polite, nice and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions. I would have him again if I needed something repaired.

Fair service. I am unhappy my range needs replaced. Labor costs too high

Maintenance check
Technician stated he doesn't typically work on furnaces. Stated he works on washing machines & refrigerators. Technician didn't realize that removing panels to furnace triggered cutoff switch for furnace. Technician stated he doesn't have a meter to check carbon monoxide, which every time we have a yearly check the technician uses. Didn't pull any hoses or check wiring.
