Our Sears technician was great! He did an evaluation, ordered parts, and came back the next week to repair the appliance. He was professional, friendly, and a good repairman. He had my dryer up and running in no time!

Blair needs to return to connect the water to our lower ice maker. It’s making loud screeching noise trying to get water to it to make ice. Not making any ice at all.

Technician friendly, knew what he was doing. But had to order parts and wait. So he was at my house 3 times before washer was fixed. They sent wrong part on 1st order. Process was a bit slow!!!
