Our Sears technician was great! He did an evaluation, ordered parts, and came back the next week to repair the appliance. He was professional, friendly, and a good repairman. He had my dryer up and running in no time!

Technician friendly, knew what he was doing. But had to order parts and wait. So he was at my house 3 times before washer was fixed. They sent wrong part on 1st order. Process was a bit slow!!!

Terrible experience. Sears sent out a technician a few weeks ago. He ordered a part that cost $76 and would be $310 to install. I should have ran then but agreed. He came back to install the part and told my husband he thinks the wrong part was sent yet continued working on the washer. The technician was skeptical if he fixed it and gave us his person number if there were any issues. Of course the washer still wasn’t fixed I reached out and he never responded. I called Sears and they scheduled me for someone to come today. They gave a 8am-5pm window and at 4:30 I received a message that my appointment was changed for Monday. I work Monday and will not waste another day or dollar on this company. I blame the company more than the technician. They are Extremely over priced, poor communication and takes some digging to find a number in order to speak to a representative not a robot.

Was told that a washing machine repair person would be out to check my machine at 10:31 a.m. no one ever showed up. Just stay local for appliance repair. And then they just suggest that you call a generic Sears 1800 number for support. Horrible customer service.

My dish washer broke in January 2024 and it took them till November 6 2024 to fix it.
