Blair needs to return to connect the water to our lower ice maker. It’s making loud screeching noise trying to get water to it to make ice. Not making any ice at all.

Technician friendly, knew what he was doing. But had to order parts and wait. So he was at my house 3 times before washer was fixed. They sent wrong part on 1st order. Process was a bit slow!!!

After wasting 2 days because of cancellations someone finally showed up. Only tool out of his bag was a flashlight. Only tried to perform the built in tests on the washing machine, nothing else. Said “probably the main board” and wanted over $700 to replace. Did nothing outside of what I already tried. Biggest waste of $148 I’ve spent. While Cory was nice enough, I’d find somebody else.

Had a PM time window scheduled. Got a message at 7:25 in the AM that he was on his way. So that was quite unexpected. When he arrived he turned on my dryer. He did not look at anything, at all, nothing inspected. He got on his tablet. Told me it needed 3 different parts- $337.64 plus $299.95 labor. Total cost with state tax and labor tax quoted as $712.09. I declined knowing that was ridiculous and close to the cost of a new dryer(mine is 10 Y). I paid the $138.03 service call and he left. Got 2nd opinion from local repair business(Cabin Hill). Arrived when scheduled, inspected dryer. $92.11 to fix (1 part and labor) plus $115 service call/diagnostic fee. Quite the difference. Never use Sears repair service. I think they just like driving from house to house collecting the service fees and not having to repair anything. Who would actually pay their prices? Sad way to do business.

Comes looks orders part, comes back in FIVE days to replace it, meanwhile the frig stops working. It’s replaced with a part AND $600 later it’s making the same noise it made before stopping working and I have to wait 8 days for them to return to SEE THE PART THEY REPLACED IS A BAD PART AND WAIT ANOTHER 8 days for repair. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THEM. They create a bigger mess than you are already dealing with. This is a frig not a washer or. Dryer. It is necessary to have one and not wait 8 MORE DAYS for service. Call their number listed and NEVER ONCE get a real person to talk to. TERRIBLE Don’t buy LG products either. Nobody wants to service them! SEARS is not what it used to be. They stink!!!! I mean really STINK. I will notify BBB right now! It’s not right to be tossed aside.

Asked tech to call back as part he suggest does not resolve the electric issue with refrigerator, dispenser, or new main control board issue I have Never heard back from tech and also called rep service dept and asked them to call back, person said I would have an answer in 1 hour, never heard back from Them either Still waiting

Charged me 163 dollars for a part that you can buy yourself on Amazon for 20 dollars. They also bought that exact part from Amazon not GE so I’m not sure why there’s 143 dollar up charge. Then it wasn’t even fixed

Terrible experience. Sears sent out a technician a few weeks ago. He ordered a part that cost $76 and would be $310 to install. I should have ran then but agreed. He came back to install the part and told my husband he thinks the wrong part was sent yet continued working on the washer. The technician was skeptical if he fixed it and gave us his person number if there were any issues. Of course the washer still wasn’t fixed I reached out and he never responded. I called Sears and they scheduled me for someone to come today. They gave a 8am-5pm window and at 4:30 I received a message that my appointment was changed for Monday. I work Monday and will not waste another day or dollar on this company. I blame the company more than the technician. They are Extremely over priced, poor communication and takes some digging to find a number in order to speak to a representative not a robot.

Was told that a washing machine repair person would be out to check my machine at 10:31 a.m. no one ever showed up. Just stay local for appliance repair. And then they just suggest that you call a generic Sears 1800 number for support. Horrible customer service.

My dish washer broke in January 2024 and it took them till November 6 2024 to fix it.
