Terrible experience. Sears sent out a technician a few weeks ago. He ordered a part that cost $76 and would be $310 to install. I should have ran then but agreed. He came back to install the part and told my husband he thinks the wrong part was sent yet continued working on the washer. The technician was skeptical if he fixed it and gave us his person number if there were any issues. Of course the washer still wasn’t fixed I reached out and he never responded. I called Sears and they scheduled me for someone to come today. They gave a 8am-5pm window and at 4:30 I received a message that my appointment was changed for Monday. I work Monday and will not waste another day or dollar on this company. I blame the company more than the technician. They are Extremely over priced, poor communication and takes some digging to find a number in order to speak to a representative not a robot.

Was told that a washing machine repair person would be out to check my machine at 10:31 a.m. no one ever showed up. Just stay local for appliance repair. And then they just suggest that you call a generic Sears 1800 number for support. Horrible customer service.

My dish washer broke in January 2024 and it took them till November 6 2024 to fix it.

EDIT: The number they give below is to an automated system, there's no way to talk to actual humans. I have another 8am-5pm window and I'm multiple stops away. You reschedule me then don't even prioritize me on the later date? Customer service is non existent. This business exemplifies why Sears went out of business. I had an appointment to get my dryer fixed, the window was 8am to 5pm which is rough. Then there were 7 stops in front of me, and their estimated arrival time was 6:30pm. After at nearly 5:30pm, without anyone ever calling and after waiting all day, they rescheduled the appointment for a week later. No phone call, no "sorry about that", nothing. Absolutely horrible customer service, no consideration or respect for people's time.

Was there 5 minutes No parts in van!!! Another month if I want it fixed and I can buy 2 new washers for the price. 5 minutes $150.00
