If you are able, stay away from Sears repair. They only have AI assistance. I kept getting scheduled and then cancelled. Service time was 8a - 5p, I was expected to stay around all day and then I got cancelled. The track your technican never worked, it would just say 8 - 5, and then at about 5, I would get cancelled. This type of service made me loose money for not working. Technican was GREAT! And shame on Sears for paying them so low.

Zero stars. They rescheduled my appointment twice for a leaking washer. I tried calling to talk to someone and could not get a live agent to talk to. They only work with AI. What a joke! Is this where the world is heading?

The 1 star review is not for the technician who was great. The 1 star review is regarding the process. It has taken 2 months and 6 visits to get my washing machine repaired. The sears AI scheduling system has got to be one of the worst systems available and there is no way to get a live person on the phone. I don't even know where to begin, but here are some of the issues. 1- we had a scheduled appointment on Wednesday 13th August. The AI system contacted me on Saturday 9th telling me there was availability for an appointment Monday the 11th. I accepted the appointment but no one showed up, and I had now lost my Wednesday appointment. 2-after 2 of the service appointments I had scheduled a follow up 2 weeks out, and twice the AI system decided to change the appointment date on me. After rescheduling with the system, for no reason they changed my date again! 3- some appointments were made while waiting for parts to be delivered. The appointment was made for Monday September 8th. The parts arrived, September 3rd, and the night of the 3rd we received an email that my appointment on the 8th was being pushed back to the 15th, for no reason. When you call up there is no live person to speak with and the whole process is a complete amd utter disgrace. I feel for the technicians who have to visit the houses of people who are messed about like this.

Absolutely terrible. Requested to have two refrigerators looked at and would only look at one because it wasn’t on the “work order” even though I clearly stated two refrigerators when I called to schedule the appointment. He was there for 10 minutes, did absolutely nothing, and was charged $139. I have been paying for Sears home warranty and had them come out a few times and they never actually fixed anything. Biggest waste of money. Will be canceling now.

This has been nothing but a disaster. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I rescheduled my appointment, per the technicians instructions, when the part showed up. No technician ever showed and after navigating my way through the hellscape that is their phone system I finally got to talk to a person and was assured that someone would be here first thing the next business day. Come that day I'm told I've been rescheduled again to the day after my original appointment. After calling their phone line a dozen times I got nothing but broken promises and lies. Now, a day later you can't even get to a person. I am convinced this is just a giant scam at this point.

The service tech for Sears, affiliated with my Home Warranty company, would not come to look at my A/C leak after they scheduled it, due to the fact it was located in attic/crawl space. I waited 2 days for the repair. I wouldn't even give them 1star but it's required to write the review.
