Jules resolved my issue I called about as well as an issue he observed that I didn't report.. also returned as promised to care for it! I must say that despite the fact I'm very unhappy with Sears scheduling and dispatching practices once technicians like Jules FINALLY get here they're very efficient and professional. It ALMOST makes the hassle worth it!
