Simply horrible!! I have been waiting over three months for my refrigerator to be repaired, and it still isn’t. Sears keeps canceling and rescheduling the service dates, and when their technician came out on three different occasions he made matters worse by damaging the new ordered parts along with damaging my fridge. Burning and denting it. He is totally incompetent. If anyone is thinking about purchasing SEARS warranties PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE DON’T. I purchased the Master Protection Warranty which is their top of the line and quite costly, definitely not worth it. They are truly unreliable and don’t honor their warranty agreement.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have the Sears home warranty which is supposed to make the process of scheduling a service visit easier. Twice we scheduled appointments to have someone repair our refrigerator. Twice I took the half day off of work to wait for the technician. Both times they did not show up. The first time, as the 8 AM to noon appointment window neared its end, I tried to call. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, I was promised that the technician would absolutely be there. Technician never showed up, never contacted me. When I called again to complain, I was promised that if we rescheduled, they would mark our order, “high priority.” we gave them a second chance. The same thing happened again. We are canceling Sears home warranty and will never use Sears Appliance Repair again. It’s pathetic.

This man was incompetent and was here for over two hours and my washing is not fixed he put it back together pieces hanging out and left I paid $400 out of pocket no warranty nothing. This is a absolute disgrace!!! They are taking people's hard earn money. They don't answer the phones this is fraud

What a joke of a company Sears has become. I am using Sears Home Warranty where I was told a Sears technicien would come. I could Only get a bot when I need information and you cannot ask your question but just select what they want to answer. When finally I could talk to a real person, with a terrible sound quality from a call center, they can only say the same thing you can find on the service request. No supervisor! They lie saying the appointment will be at a certain time when you have to wait the whole day. The technician does not have the courtesy to call when he cannot or decided not to come anymore. I had to call myself and reschedule again for another day, effectively missing 2 days of work. They lie also on why he did not show up. One operator said it was a family emergency and another one said his truck broke down. I am still waiting for my fridge to be repaired. Once this is done! I am done!

After they were a no show no call I went ahead and gave them another chance afterreceivingan apology. Today, after waiting 8 hours for my confirmed appointment I received a text rescheduling the appointment for 8/07. The only thing they seem to be good for is making appointments as they certainly don't have any follow through and are complete unreliable and untrustworthy.

Yesterday I ordered two repairs one for my Oven and My microwave! They sent out a Is technician that only works on stove or Oven! I was piss now They telling me that I have to make another appointment! When all they had to do is send out a technician that works on all appliances this is one of the wost services I received and still had the nerve to still charge me for coming out! $139 sad I wouldn't refer them to anyone!!!

Left washing machine inoperable. Washing machine could be used before technician visit. Part had to be ordered for future visit. Washing machine was at least useable. Left us in a worse position position with us having no machine at all until he returned. Machine lid was locked and couldn't b opened. Future visit is a week away and no operating washing machine. HORRIBLE. Prior to him leaving technician was asked if the machine was useable and he said YES. To our dismay the machine was now rendered totally unusable with repair part and future visit a week away..

While the technician was personally skilled and professional, the job as a whole was awful. I was notified after 5pm that my tech was not arriving (scheduled for 1-5pm). With no callback number or designated representative, I had to repeatedly call to find a solution and was only met without help and with disrespect. I was without a fridge for 3 weeks for my family of four and not taking care of or worked with in a timely or appropriate manner.
