Sure appointments were available within a few days, but the tech came out wouldn't even LOOK at the issue, which we already know was a bad belt until we made sure payment was setup and then it took all of 10minutes to replace the belt and the labor was $300!!!! Absolutely insane.

*****WARNING*****Do NOT use this service if you're employed or have children!! I made an appointment THEY gave me an option of times to choose from. I chose one of the dates and waited. Day of my first appointment the technician shows up WITHOUT the part, this is after emailing and telling the company what the issue was along with screenshots. I had to wait for the part to arrive by mail and then get another appointment. I forgot to mention that even though he didn't have the part or did NO REPAIRS I had to pay for parts and service, (im sure they do this to tie your money up so you are not able get service from anyone else.) I again chose one of the dates available. On the day of my appointment I received a text confirmation of my appointment. The technician NEVER showed and I got a cancelation notice 2 HOURS after my 4 hour appointment window. On my 3rd appointment when the technician showed he was an HOUR late outside of the appointment time. This company and it's service is UNRELIABLE they have no concern for the consumers time or money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don't have customers waiting all day 12hours to do a 15 minute job. Also I took off of work to wait here all day , so it cost me a days pay. Last year I went through the same nonsense with this incompetent, stupid, tech his name is Esaus. They call this PM my Central AC unit. All he did was rinse my coils which I could've done he didn't check my freon or nothin else. You know what is really disappointing, I've been a sears customer for Decades and never went through customer service like I have since I purchased this item.
