I had sought another company for my repairs. Unfortunately it did not work out so well. I called Sears (which I should have done initially) and was able to get service right away. The technician who arrived ( Steve ) was very, very professional and polite. He identified the problem immediately and resolved it within an hour. Steve left my home with me feeling confident in knowing that my problem had been fixed. With this in mind I am considering in getting Sears protection plan. Thanks Sears for staying true and keeping up the household name

For me Dave is so totally qualified for the job that he does. He has been serving my riding tractor s for 6 yrs now and I am grateful fir him. He offers info on how to keep things in working order. Thank you for having Dave, and Dave Thanks for your service.

The guys I'm sorry I didn't get the names maybe you can get their names by the job assignment. Very professional polite and left the place just like they found it when they walked in. Can't say enough good things about it. Honestly!.
