I received AI-generated text messages for three consecutive days about fixing my refrigerator. Each time I attempted to follow the instructions to reschedule, the AI insisted that I was already scheduled. Their system can be quite frustrating. However, I must say that when the repair person finally arrived, he was exceptional and did a fantastic job.

Scheduling is not very good, Jules was overbooked and had to reschedule twice, we had to wait twice all day for no-shows. Technician was a 10 out of 10. Very competent and professional!!!

The technician never showed up. My appointment was rescheduled two times until I gave up. They use an AI system that leaves you thinking that someone will show up within a few hours, keep moving the time, and then they cancel at the end of the day. No way to get in contact with a human. Their website and phone number were not helpful.

Scheduled an appointment last Thursday for today July 14th took off the day from work to meet the schedule requirements they told me they'll be here between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 2:00 p.m. they sent me a message saying they would not be available today. Unfortunately I do not have luxury of just taking off whenever I feel it like it because it cost me about $400 a day to take off work so now I have no Appliance repaired and I lost $400.

Sure appointments were available within a few days, but the tech came out wouldn't even LOOK at the issue, which we already know was a bad belt until we made sure payment was setup and then it took all of 10minutes to replace the belt and the labor was $300!!!! Absolutely insane.
