Steve was great! Came and installed my new Samsung ice maker. Very nice and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure about the whole Sears AI stuff but you can chat with a live agent. They ordered the part came in 2 days and installed the next all in 1 week. I am very susceptible to having people do work in my house but Sears and the Tech got the job done. Thank you!
