Mark is a great technician. He's extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he seems to love what he does and he certainly doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. He quickly diagnosed the freezer as having a clogged defrost drain then went to work fixing it. To my surprise he was correct and it took him 30 mins to remove, replace the coil covers, unclog the drain which resolve the issue, clean and put everything back together in good working order. The best part is and kudos to Sears Home Warranty for getting me a moments notice appointment on the same day. Thank you and highly recommend getting the appliances Warranty from Sears.com.
