The Technician Haywood identified him self when arrived he was prompt and friendly he asked what was going on with my stove he checked it out and found the problem then explained it and repaired it

Sears came to my home and repaired my AC in which I always had a problem with it since I moved in 8 years ago. I never had the AC unit keeping the second floor cold are at the same temperature the basement are first floor. But Sears fix it.
