He left the old pump and other garbage in a box on my washing machine for me to take care of. Also was not impressed with the sears system of parts being shipped to customers. The first repair man said he would bring it with him then two service appointments were rescheduled. Won’t ever use sears appliance repair again. Expensive and AI is not working properly.

I was very happy with the service on my dryer provided by Hector. He is very knowledgeable and personable. This was my second reservation; the first one was unsuccessful. I was completely frustrated and disgusted with the scheduling of this appointment, lack of communication with the company (impossible to speak to someone on the phone, impossible to make changes to the reservation online if you have made an error, the link provided to track the technician didn't work, etc. ) Ugh.........One thing that should be made very clear is if the customer provides a landline phone number, he/she will not be able to schedule and manage the reservation. I realized that, but wasn't able to change the phone number in the reservation. I waited a whole day for the technician to arrive the first time, not realizing that they had texted (to my landline????) a confirmation that I, of course, wasn't able to send. I'm not sure I have the patience to deal with this again, although I was happy when I finally was able to meet with the excellent technician.

My service appointments was rescheduled 4 times after waiting from 8am-4pm eaxh time. I would receive a call at the last minute informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled, because no technician was available in my area. Very disappointed with the amount of time it was rescheduled.

Once technicians arrived, the job went smoothly, but had to deal with 2 no call no show for two previous appointments.

I received AI-generated text messages for three consecutive days about fixing my refrigerator. Each time I attempted to follow the instructions to reschedule, the AI insisted that I was already scheduled. Their system can be quite frustrating. However, I must say that when the repair person finally arrived, he was exceptional and did a fantastic job.

Scheduling is not very good, Jules was overbooked and had to reschedule twice, we had to wait twice all day for no-shows. Technician was a 10 out of 10. Very competent and professional!!!
