Our Kenmore washer is in need of repair, we had 2 servicemen out to our house in two weeks and it’s still not fixed

The technician was unprofessional and disrespectful of my home. After requesting payment without heat being restored ($149 service fee + 150 parts fee) he wanted to leave his card so he could come back and finish off line for an additional fee!
