Technician was fantastic. Communication through this system is horrible. No chance to report that the Technician was not there on the prescheduled return date, (after waiting all day at home). He showed up the following day after this system assigned him to be here... not a fan of only being able to communicate with the AI computer.

Tried calling to talk to a repair person to ask questions about my refrigerator and repair options but all I got was an "AI" that could only tell me that no one was available and that it would cost me $120 just to have someone come out and talk to me about it and maybe diagnose the issue. Sears just lost another customer with that nonsense.

Devin from A&E Factory Service was quick to figure out the issue with my GE oven and very personable. The $425 charge for replacing a gas range igniter coil (computed by Sears, not Devin) was outrageous highway robbery, however. Fortunately, it was reimbursed under warranty. Moreover, thanks to Devin, I avoided an additional $50 for the fraudulent "Cleaning" addon. It involves no cleaning whatsoever. Lastly, Sears has yet to remove its Grove City address from Google maps despite having no presence here for, what, 8 years? 5 stars for Devin, 1 for Sears. Would be 0 for Sears if Google let me.
