Don did some troubleshooting and then replaced two defective parts, defrost timer and thermostat. He worked diligently to remove the parts, install the replacements, and put everything back together.

Maytag Electric Dryer

I couldn't ask for a more professional tech service person to work on my Maytag dryer. Fred got right to work to find out what was needed to be repaired on the dryer. The parts were an Idler Pulley and Drum Belt. Fred made sure that order was placed that day. The shipping took a few more days to arrive at my porch. I was glad to see the package had arrived. Once the parts arrived, I was able to place the second appointment to complete the work on the dryer. The new parts were installed by Fred who was the same tech person on the first appointment. I am so happy that my Maytag dryer is up and running. Yes, I am rating the service for FIVE STARS. Thank you again.
