We had Sears appliance repair out four times for the same issue with our Samsung refrigerator. They first came out on July 6 and they were here again yesterday July 28 for six hours and I still do not have a refrigerator that works. Don’t bother trying to call customer service. You can’t talk to an actual person. I’m cutting my losses and calling Al’s appliance in Waterford. I advise you avoid sears at all costs.

Worst company to deal with. Lady put in wrong address number. Wait all day for a tech. Then they say reschedule. Talk to them on phone and keep transferring me to different people.
