This service appointment went much better than the last one. I was updated several times and the technician called to tell me he was on his way. It's starting to make ice, so I'm hoping it's fixed.

Paul was efficient and personable. However dealing with Sears was a nightmare. Paul came for the initial meeting, saw the problem and ordered the part to be shipped directly to me. I received the part and an appointment by Sears was scheduled for the 21st. No one came and I was not notified of a change. When I checked the status it said the part hadn't been shipped. My whole experience with Sears( not Paul) was very frustrating and cost me $100 at the laundermat.
