When calling customer service it’s pathetic. Very displeased with the service. Had to call three times to have a person come out. The technician was fantastic and deserves a five.

My service person just left his name was Paul, he diagnosed the problem with our washer. He went the extra mile to make sure it wasn't the pump or motor. It was the timer. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this company for any service repairs. If all technicians could be this friendly and honest. Thanks again Paul.
