Ben was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to figure out what issues our oven was having. He explained things to me in detail and answered every question. Highly recommend using sears appliance repair

The technician was very helpful and informative about the cost of repairs and the age of the stove. Would not be a cost effective repair considering other parts my wareout.
