Both repair men I have worked with were very nice. Friendly and polite. My dryer is fixed and I am very pleased! Very hard to get anyone in the phone. Which is why I am not giving five stars.

We were charged twice for the service repair and parts - once to our checking and once to our Visa. How do we get a refund for double billing?

Highly, don't recommend. I can't tell you how many appointments I have had scheduled. I made my first request back in July and it is October now. I have been stood up on appointments three times with no shows. A window of 8a.m. - 5p.m. is crazy enough but then to not show up after I have spend a day at home waiting is ridiculous. Then today I received a notice after the technician was already two hours behind schedule that I didn't answer the door. A picture was attached showing a house that is now where near mine. It stated that they tried to call me yet no missed calls or voicemails. Technician lied and there is no recourse because its always, sorry for the inconvenience, I'm glad you called, you've reached the right person, we'll make this right. Well now I have to wait another month for an appointment. And to clarify I wasn't m ad about the previous no shows and can understand the occasional delay or need to reschedule, but after this log I should be the first service on the route.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Choose literally any other option you have. I scheduled an appointment for today, took off work and waited around from 8am-5pm just for the tech to not show up. Was told I had to reschedule and the first available date was 10 days later. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I had an appointment this morning to fix my dishwasher. I received no phone call but I did receive an email stating that the service call would be made to 868 Harbor Street Conneaut OH with a phone number starting with 265. None of this information is mine and is not the information provided when I called in the repair request. There is not a phone number to contact anyone to edit the information. and they have my dishwasher listed as a microwave!!! Would someone PLEASE contact me!!???

The repair man left a screw from my refrigerator the first time he was here that I found on the floor. The 2nd appointment was today from 8am-5pm. He didn't arrive until after 3pm. I had to have someone stay all day because I was at work. I still don't know if my refrigerator is working correctly.
