Called before he arrived although looked like he was not thrilled to be here. Sears overall has been a bad an experience for me. Several times, no one showed after waiting for a whole day. No one bothered to call to tell me that the technician would not be coming. Very frustrating process. Very hard to get ahold of anyone to talk to.

After waiting since 2/13 for my washer to be fixed I finally had all the parts AND a tech here today. After watching my washer continually leak water after running a cycle I decided to look thru the boxes to see if they forgot any parts and found this part that was not installed. It just happens to also be the part where the leak is occurring. So frustrating!
