Called before he arrived although looked like he was not thrilled to be here. Sears overall has been a bad an experience for me. Several times, no one showed after waiting for a whole day. No one bothered to call to tell me that the technician would not be coming. Very frustrating process. Very hard to get ahold of anyone to talk to.

After waiting since 2/13 for my washer to be fixed I finally had all the parts AND a tech here today. After watching my washer continually leak water after running a cycle I decided to look thru the boxes to see if they forgot any parts and found this part that was not installed. It just happens to also be the part where the leak is occurring. So frustrating!

I'd give zero stars, but it makes you choose at least one. Put in request for dryer repair a few days ago, and it was scheduled for yesterday between 8 and 5, no one showed up and no one called. Woke up to an email that it had been rescheduled for today between 8 and 5 and here we are 4:09pm and no one has shown up or reached out. No way to contact the company to speak to an actual person and find out what's going on. Will NEVER use Sears repair service again and definitely would not recommend them

The tech was rude while diagnosing the repair, then my appointment to complete my dishwasher repair was cancelled 3 days in a row. They are unreliable and extremely difficult to work with. I would consider this company a fraudulent scam. They have no live customer service reps to talk to either. Please do not use them.

We received 14 separate emails throughout the day from Sears. No emails indicated what the problem or repair is. I called (first American) for an update from Sears. It’s a day later and the report was not submitted as of yet of the findings to (first American). Hopefully we’ll get an answer today to move forward.

I wish there was an option for zero stars that I would give this company! You physically cannot reach an actual human being to answer any questions regarding a repair! Everything is AI generated and you go in a hamster wheel trying to get any answers. I was scheduled for a repair yesterday And given a window of 8 AM to 5 PM when somebody would come to fix my washer. At 4:47, after waiting all day. For somebody to show, I got a text saying that nobody was coming today and I had to reschedule. I scheduled for the following day thinking I would be one of the first appointments of the day. I was mistaken again sat around my house day, number two in a row, and nobody shows! Can’t get a hold of anybody through the company Sears customer service is worthless because you’re just speaking to a computer. I will never use this service again. Don’t even waste your time.

Do NOT use this company. Vincent came to our house for a broken freezer. He opened up the freezer, broke the fan while pulling it out, replaced the fan, and then said everything should work now. Hours later I called him because the freezer was still clearly not working. He ignored my call and then texted me back saying "may take longer to reach your desired temperature". The next morning when it was still not working, I called him back. He said he couldn't come back for a week and a half. I told him I was going to call to get a different technician to come out and he told me not to do that. I called the main office and they said the earliest they could come out was in 2 days. I scheduled it but that day came and went and no one showed up. I had a follow up scheduled with Vincent but canceled it because I have zero faith in this company. Because they make you pay upfront for scheduled appointments, I told them I wanted a full refund. I had to ship back the parts they insisted on shipping to me to hold for them and pay the expense of shipping because they do not provide a label. I also had to fill out an entire form to request a refund instead of just being issued one. All of this to say, another company came out and immediately identified the problem and fixed my freezer for me. Also I have a feeling the owner will comment on this and tell me to call the company number, which I already did during this process and to no one's surprise, it was zero help. This company is a joke and a waste of time and money.

Billing needs to contact me. Horrible experience. [update] — I did call that number and the experience was even more awful. Charged for the visit and the issue wasn’t fixed. This is twice that a repairman didn’t fix the problem and a refund was denied.
