The tech - or repairman - was great, fantastic in fact, but the administrative process was very burdensome and torturous at times. The constant attempt to get me to by the warranty was absurdly irritating. The texts and emails that kept reminding me of the appointment so previously confirmed made no sense to me. I would think one was enough? Anyway, it was slow to get him here, but the service was great once the tech got here.
