The serviceman that corrected the oven malfunction today was great. However, I cannot rate SHS scheduling as such. The first time I was to receive service was 8/21 from 8-5. I was sitting in the hospital with my father who is dying with esophageal cancer so I made arrangements for someone to sit at my house waiting for someone to come…….which never happened!! When I called back, the automated message said I had 2 apts and today's date was the 2nd one that I was given! Not a very satisfied customer!!!!

We appreciated his attention and patience to find the problem. What seemed like an obvious matter became more in depth and he was able to help troubleshoot to find a pinpoint hole in the water line of our refrigerator. Even though we have to call a plumber, we were very pleased with the service we received. A big thank you to Jim!
