Bob was quick and efficient. I'm so glad he had the repair part for my ancient (20+ yrs) range with him. I think the labor charge over $350 per hour is extremely excessive.

James was very knowledgeable and proficient. Your scheduling dept on the other hand was a nightmare. They cancelled an appt saying part wasn't in and I called and got back on the schedule for Friday- same day as I had part. We waited all day and I called at 230 and operator said I didn't have an appt. I have an email saying that I didn't. It was my birthday and we spent it waiting for nothing. I should be compensated somehow for my wasted time

James arrived and explained everything he was doing,he repaired the washer and explained what he was doing to see what the problem is with the dryer and he discovered that the timer was bad and it was making a loud noise when it was tumbling and he ordered the new timer and I think he called them rollers.I was very pleased with James,he is a very nice and pleasant technician.
