Hello - SEARS: Technician Bob provided us with courteous, professional services on ouor front load washing machine today. He was concerned about our thoughts with how the machine operates and provided advice with trying different wash load settings for differet types of loads. Scott shows up to repair temperature control and he doesn't have a replacement part He tells us that the part isn't available he stands around for a half hour or more plus he ordered too many other parts I gave him the extra parts Back to return to Sears Home Services??

The worthless effert of a Sears repair appontment
not good ! never again I should have fixed it myself not called SEARS he never looked just took what I said and started writing up a big bill PS I fix it myself at 1/5 your bill
