James was excellent. Friendly kind and proficient. If I have any critique is communication from the office was non existent. The part didn’t arrive on time and after leaving 3 messages on 3 different service numbers no one called me to reschedule or even to update me on the parts or service. I had to use an automated service to rescue the repair after I finally received the parts.
