This was a warranty repair, so no costs were incurred. Our visit had to be rescheduled due to parts availability which was fine, but it would have been better if we had received a phone call to tell us that instead of us waiting for a tech the day of the first appointment. Absolutely no issues with the actual visit and it is all working right now so we are happy.

Machine worked while here. Checked everything and offered reasons I may have had water. Paul wasn’t able very friendly and easy to work with. It only took him less than ten minutes. A lot of money for ten minutes but hopefully it continues to work. If problem within 90 days they will come back and apply money charged.
