The technicians were superb; however, the overall experience was less than terrible. I had to give them my dryer model number and they knew the problem was it wasn’t heating but they were not sent to the job with possible Parts to fix the problem. Instead, I had to wait another week while they mailed the part to me then sent another tech. He came installed the part. One load later, it wasn’t heating again. Another week, another tech, another order of parts and today-one month later another tech. Let’s hope this part is good. Definitely not a tech problem but a dispatch problem with the company!
