We had a crackes water supply valve to our dishwasher replaces. Jeff is very expirenced and does quality work. Asked and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Took pains to protect our floors and cabinets. Would absolutely use him again.

Working with the name of Sears, you know they'll lead you in the right direction. They let you know from the beginning, when you inquire, the date when service will take place and keeps you informed until technician comes. They come and get the job done, letting you know what they did, and if more work needs to be done, gives you an estimate. Very polite and went to work as soon as they got there. Very glad I picked Sears!
