Late and Non-Responsive
While he completed the job quickly once he arrived, Jeo was 90 minutes late from his own estimation of arrival. Additionally, calls placed after he was 60 minutes late were never returned...even to this day. Jeo needs to communicate when he does not meet his own stated arrival time.

Door not fixed correctly. NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!! Not a happy customer!!! I was advised to wait an hour, before I opened the door--I repeated it back, to him, to be sure. He said yes. It was 2 hours, before I opened the door!

Wish I could give zero stars, as he does not deserve one star. Technician was rude and condescending. He refused to actually evaluate the machine that obviously has an issue. I will never use this service again!

I washed 3 loads and it is not working again.
I thought the bill was high at 400 plus. The repair took 20 minutes. I washed three loads and it is broken again.
