Your techs are fantastic, but your overall business is horrible. You have to on average, wait 2 weeks for an appt, then another week for parts, then yetcanother week for it to get fixed. I've been dealing with you for 2 5 months now with an issue with my refrigerator It needs replaced and now I'm sure I'll have to wait months for that as well

The two repairmen that came to our house were very knowledgable & very polite & efficient. Jeffery diagnosed the problem & ordered the part. Joshua installed the part. The only issue I had with the overall repair was how long it took to receive. the fuse.
