Fixed dishwasher
Joseph was professional and got right to the issue. Thank you for sending him. Initially "factory warranty llc" sent out a repairman. What a waste of time. First appointment was a no show, blamed it on me!! Baloney. Took 2 weeks to get him back. In 2 minutes said it was a plumbing problem. Then I crawled down (I'm 69) and showed him where it was leaking. He said oh, on his way out he said he'd order parts. 10 days later comes back and said I can't get dishwasher out and again told me to call a plumber. Baloney!! Called sears and he actually ordered wrong parts! I hope that you all would not use this company again!! The sears tech fixed the issue no problem. If you are paying factory warranty by the hour you are getting ripped off.
