James was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, he was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. He asked good questions then completed an assessment of my fridge, then explained what broke, then gave me an estimate of the cost of my repairs, ensuring i understood everything. Definitely 5 out of 5!
