Dale is the best!!! He always keeps me in the loop about time of arrival. He is very pleasant to be around. When I see that my technician is Dale then I relax knowing that he WILL BE HERE to fix my appliances.

The repairman was wonderful. The dishwasher didn’t have a problem while he was here and he stayed for a long time. He told me if it stopped again before 30 days I could make another appointment and the service fee would be waived. Well I called and only an AI person to help. They said that they had no record of me having service. When I asked to speak to a real person they said I could not do that and schedule online. Ugh needless to say what is the point.
