Initial problem was fixed, but the technician did not want to fix something else I pointed out to him. He said “I didn’t come for this”, and gave up when I asked if he could also fix something in the upper rack. I am happy that he fixed the problem we scheduled an appointment for, but I wouldn’t say he went above and beyond.

Benjamin did a fine job of diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator, ordering the necessary part and installing that fix. Everything is working fine now.

Time of arrival was not accurate and the technician did not provide an Accurate update when he called. Other problems were not the technician’s fault but the whole process of scheduling and getting pricing and availability information was ridiculous.

My technician, Jay, was great, but the process of actually getting him here to install the part has been a nightmare, with my appointment being canceled and rescheduled 6 times over a 2 week period.

Called to find parts for a dryer. Very helpful on the phone but was told they had no store locations to pick up parts from. Parts can only be shipped to your house with a week to 2 week ship time. Maps should update this as maps shows the physical store location as being open.

He was fast in the repair but not very helpful in answering my questions. My LG ice maker was not making ice. He told me it should drop ice every 3 hours. He left at around 2 and not one cube and it's 11:45 pm now. Nothing was resolved. I would like a call and a different tech to fix this issue. The bill was paid and nothing resolved.
