Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. He was also helpful in decision making. We have Choice Home Warranty so there were some extra hoops to jump through, he was also patient with that process. Which I REALLY appreciated!

Expert repair technician discovered the diagnosed problem with our refrigerator actually has a different cause and was able to pivot and make the repair. Also worked with scheduling to do our oven repair done on the same visit since replacement part had already been received. Definitely an above and beyond experience!
