Technician was prompt, clear about what was needed. Ordered part (arrived next day via UPS) while here for diagnostics, then was back to install right on time. Whole thing resolved within 3 business days. Pretty slick for a 23 year old dishwasher. The cost was probably half of what a new unit would run. Prices for automotive/appliance repair always seem painful, so am not counting that in the evaluation... it is what it is.

Han was great. But I had used a $25 off coupon bring the price for the service cal to $104, which was confirmed to me on the Internet when I schedule the appointment. But that discount did not appear on Han’s app when he charged me at the end of the service. And he stated he was unable to reverse this and I could not edit the cost. I was forced to pay the full price of $129 and I’m hoping you’ll reverse this automatically when you read this review. Thank you.

He was late 2.5 hrs after the visit window of 8-12 but I doubt that was his fault. It would be better if I got updates during the morning but I didn’t’t get any. That said, he was professional and got it fixed and helped identify a needed part for a different applicant. I am grateful he knew his stuff.

The service technicians were timely and polite. Ordered parts as needed. We were able to adjust installation dates as parts arrived. Technicians did a great job working in tight quarters without issue.

The service guys were nice and knowledgeable (Benjamin and Daniel) the AI communication was full of mistakes and made it more difficult for the technicians.
