The technician was great. Very thorough. But the sears appliance repair I would give a "0". I had all appliances to be services today. I cancelled a trip when today was the only day I could get all 5 done in one day. Then at the last minute I am told that only 2 of my 5 appliances that all have the maintenance agreement were to be serviced. The other three were rescheduled on two different days without consulting with me if I was available or not. Two more days I have to wait around from 8-5. This is not good customer service. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told to call back tomorrow.

yes I really appreciated the professionalism that Daniel had the time he took to make sure that the work was thoroughly completed. I feel you need to give the technicians more time to do their jobs with feeling rushed, 10 minutes is not enough time to properly and thoroughly do maintenance on these products

The repair person that came out was very nice. Definitely a great person. Now Sears is another story trying to make appointments trying to get a live person to speak to And then trying to get appointment straightened out that they messed up that’s almost impossible, but it was not that technician’s fault. He was really nice. Sears has went downhill. It’s so sad.
