The technicians were very thorough and careful. They did a great job replacing a broken ice unit, however, I still don't have any water flowing and the new unit is very slow in making ice.

The technicians- Dale in particular- were great! Ordering the parts took a long time and information on the ETA/scheduling was a mess. The first two appts were rescheduled due to the tech being overbooked or scheduled to arrive outside of the window they gave me. The fact that there is no human to talk to is terrible- only AI! But, the work done- when parts arrived- was high quality.

Amazing service, but disorganized! I am grateful that my dishwasher is fixed, Jonel was awesome and I appreciated his help! However, I specifically scheduled for my appointment to be between 1 PM and 5 PM. I rescheduled my own work schedule to make sure it could happen, and was assured by the folks In scheduling this timeframe would work. I received a text message, an email and a call stating that Jonel was on his way at about 10:30 AM. I have a specific text message and email stating otherwise. I was frustrated when Jonel said he had me written down at this earlier timeslot, but would try to swing back over in the afternoon. Luckily, he did, and I didn’t have to scramble too much. If you schedule for any kind of service from these folks be prepared that your time may be wrong. My recommendation is to take the whole day off of work for any appointment with these folks and expect someone to come at any time of the day, regardless of when you scheduled it.
