My appointment for service the washer machine it Took for a long time to fix because it keeps pushing back weeks after weeks for many reasons Technician didn’t show up because he is living at different city. Another time difference tech said he have no part for repair, rescheduled again then no Tech showed up it took so many times rescheduled it took almost 2 months for repair the washer machine.

Sears needs to drastically improve in their customer relations. Three times Sears wanted me to reschedule my appointment without any direct communication. How I found out was when I refreshed the screen with the email they had sent saying that my appointment was scheduled for that day. It all of a sudden said sorry and asked me to reschedule. No phone call, no direct email, nothing. I had to complain through my Lowes service contract to get priority and have my refrigerator taken of. Once the service man from Sears showed up the fix was relatively easy and taken care of. And I have no complaints regarding the individual who did the repair. However after all of the trouble I went through getting them here, I would not want Sears repair again.

My technician who repaired by dishwasher was great! He was on time and communicated well what the issues was, how much it would cost and what the repair would look like. He came out initially March 3 to perform the diagnostic. He ordered the part the same day while still at the house. I paid IN FULL at the time the part was ordered and the return trip for repair was scheduled, the following day March 4 8a-12p. I was contacted at 10a on March 4 that there was an issue with the part arriving and we needed to reschedule. Next available appointment was March 7 8a - 12p, so I reluctantly rescheduled. I received a cancelation TEXT at 10:46am stating there was an issue and I would need to reschedule. I tried for HOURS to reach a live person to talk to. Every number I called (and I tried about a dozen different #'s I found on-line) was automated. I was getting texts every time I tried calling and entering my information. I was finally able to get a live person, they apologized, and said they would escalate my concern and I would get a call back. By mid-afternoon, I reluctantly rescheduled AGAIN, not wanting to miss out on an available appointment Monday 3/10. Repair was completed this morning, thankfully. Again, to re-iterate, my technician was GREAT! The Customer Service provided by Sears Home Service was TERRIBLE!!

The repair we paid for was not completed. Only the latch was replaced. The mother board was not replaced but paid for. We will NOT be using this service ever again. You need to refund the over charge or let us know when it will be completed

1st time scheduled service they cancelled on us same day. 2nd time scheduled service they came out to diagnose a problem with our icemaker. He started with saying he had to use my WiFi. I said no there is perfectly good service in our area. He immediately quoted the cost of a new icemaker without any diagnostic review or information then asked for an e-sign of a liability waiver for damages during repair of which I could not read in its entirety on the electronic device they supplied. He called his supervisor and canceled our appointment on the spot! Terrible service. I would not recommend at all!

Horrible. If you want to waste your time talking to a bot, then go ahead and be my quest. System keeps rescheduling my appoitment without notice. Impossible to talk to anyone in person. Not even your service guy.

Waited 8 hrs one Monday, 5 hrs in Friday just to be told they probably couldn’t get to me until the following Monday. Wait time window on Monday is 8am-12p…. And no communication from the tech ever after calling me and stating he would arrive within the next 30-35 minutes.. come to find out after rescheduling for the same day but in the afternoon, the tech that called and said he would be there in 30-35 minutes, went home sick….. no notification from him or the company. The WHOLE system is AI so you cant get anyone on the phone!! The saving grace? I got a call finally from another tech, Gary, who said I was just added to his schedule but he probably couldn't make it until late/if at all. I explained my situation. He said he was going to call the company (wish I could have done that instead of AI telling me they would reach out to the tech!). Gary called me back minutes later and said he told his scheduler to put me on his schedule for first thing Monday morning! At this point I text the AI feature AGAIN and told it the problem and that I wanted to file a formal complaint.. AI said it would pass along that Info and that it would let the team know that Gary deserved kudos for going out of his way to get me answers! Thanks Gary! No thanks to Sears!

Do not, under any condition, choose Sears appliance repair. The company no longer really exists. They will make you pay up front and completely rip you off. It's not specifically the fault of this repair service (although they're bad), but the company as a whole. It seems ridiculous, but just buy a new one (LG). You'll be so much happier.

He didn't replace the broken part just use screws and washer to resource the vent hood. Very unhappy and will not ever recommend you guys
