Very disappointed, only care about collecting the 129 diagnose fee, and rush out in 30 min, not even try to open the back panel

It appears Sears is rolling me after I have already remitted full payment for a repair. The technician who has been to my home is personal and professional. Sears is not. Today, no technician has come, the estimated arrival time is long past with no communication they were delayed, an email l've received indicates my repair was already completed, I have been texted *repeatedly, daily* throughout the week and last to remain at my residence from 8:00pm-5:00pm today, and this is the THIRD appointment I have had to commit to while my dryer has been in pieces in the basement for weeks after the first two appointments. There is no way I should pay full price for this service.

The technician was good and polite. The company communication is awful. I was sent an email saying a technician would be here between 8:00 and 9:00. He didn't come until 2:30. No updates sent. There is absolutely no way to speak with a human to get updates. There is a urgent need for Sears to rein in their AI and provide real human customer service.

The AI lady on the phone quoted a much lower price for a washing machine rubber gasket replacement than the technician did it person. We chose to have the house call because of the price Samantha quoted on the phone, but chose not to have it done because the actual cost was unreasonable.

I made a appointment on line with Sears home services for my refrigerator. Received a confirmed appointment for the next day. Received email confirming the appointment but to go to order page. Order page stated they couldn't accommodate that date to reschedule. I go to reschedule and the same time frames are available. So I call and of course no human. AI Samantha. She reschedule the appointment for the appointment I already had. I'm still waiting for a tech. Totally unacceptable.

Sears Protection Plan: Clothes washing machine (Kenmore Elite) quit working in Jan 2025 1st Tech arrived in Feb 2025 - diagnosed problems & ordered parts Since then I’ve seen a tech roughly once month (Feb, March, April, and May)❗️Was scheduled to have tech here on 5 & 6 June - only to have no one arrive ‼️Techs have attempted to repair machine, but say either the wrongs parts were sent or they did not work. Over this 5 month ORDEAL, I’ve waited several days from 8am to 5pm for a scheduled appointment only to have the tech not arrive or be notified late in the day via Sears e-mail that my appointment was rescheduled and/or cancelled‼️ It is now 6 June 2025 (nearly 5 months) and there is no concern or resolution of this problem from Sears ‼️I have called Sears at their multitude of numbers and options nearly 💯 times in the past 5 months. No matter the number or the option, I was always connected to a call center in the Far East (India or the Phillipines)❗️All responses were difficult to understand and I was continuously told that the problem would be “escalated”.and resolved ASAP❗️I have requested to talk to a supervisor or someone in the USA (as advised by one of the techs). The call center will not connect me to the USA and they have assured me that a supervisor or the escalation team would call me within 24 hours. I have never received a call back❗️I have attempted to communicate this issue with Sears via e-mail to no avail. The one time I supposedly reached a USA person it was an AI recording & response which could only answer limited questions and offered “canned” answers and no understanding of my inoperable washing machine. Sears has a serious problem with customer service verging on fraud. I have been a Sears customer for nearly 50 years. I have been without a washing machine for FIVE MONTHS‼️On Monday June 9 I’m turning this issue over to my lawyer.™️ .

Service window was 1-5pm today. First ETA was 1:47pm. Nothing. Finally received an update that the technician was on his way at 4:15pm, eta 4:47pm. No show. Checked the website and the appointment now says 2 days from now. No one asked if that was okay or reached out to let me know that they wouldn't make it out today. Canceled and finding another option.
