My technician said he would call between 2:00-3:00 to say he was on his way. I called him at 3:30 and left a message asking for an update. Didn’t call until 7:20 pm! Didn’t apologize, just wanted to reschedule. If I would have not been here when he came, I would have been charged a fee. I took a half day off work for nothing.
