Professional & polite. Problem resolved. Unfortunately it cost $150 to find out the breaker was off from recent remodeling elsewhere in the house.

Bret is amazing! He has been quick to fix both my fridge and my dishwasher. I've had that dishwasher fixed 3 other times (not by Bret) and it still kept breaking. He knows what he's doing!
