My technician, Bret gets 5 stars. He was exceptional in every way. I am not fond of the 100% virtual interface however.

Our technician was friendly and professional, fixed our problem and gave us advice on how to avoid the problem from recurring. Much appreciated! It would be nice if Sears Appliance Repair could figure out a system that would more accurately narrow the window of anticipated time of arrival. We were originally told 8 AM through 5 PM, then the day of the repair it became11:37 AM to 12:50 PM, then mid-afternoon that day the technician called and informed us that we were now 5th in line. We had almost given up when he showed up sometime after 4:30. We were happy with every other aspect of this appointment and repair.
